I know that I said I wouldn't blog til after the documentary (see yesterday's blog) but someone posted this on body and pole and I just had to hare it with you, it is a beautiful controlled pole performance to a great piece of music:

Wow... she is indeed bendy! With a very good sense of where the camera was - impressive!!
Gorgeous, and such great musicality - which is sadly missing from so many pole performances. I just wish she'd worn bigger knickers. They freaked me out a bit.
